Diesel Washington, in true form, calls Zachary out in the previous video on being partial to certain porn stars on The Sword.  Zachary admits that he tends to report on the stories that interest him the most based on his friendships in the industry; "I guess I'm totally shamelessly plugging my friends".  Sure, that doesn't necessarily or negatively distinguish him from the rest of the industry, as plenty of websites have favorites and highlight them in tried and true porn "I $cratch your back and you $cratch mine" fashion; however, as a pretty large source of industry news, I would assume that The Sword would be more interested in reporting industry news that not only casts a wider net, but also doesn't jump so quickly to unnecessarily ridiculing others for the sake of traffic.  

For example, Scotty B gave Zachary a little bit of good natured flack for never covering or posting info for "Cocktails With The Stars."  Zach's response in the form of a blog post about his experience at CWTS was not exactly charming, (even though Scotty B always speaks very highly of The Sword).  Zach's post, referencing mostly bitterness over not receiving free drinks as a Cocktails  Co-Host, stating that the bartenders were "Dicks" (presumably because they wouldn't give you free drinks Zach??).  He went on to say getting Porn Stars to take off their clothes is easier than you might think.

Obviously, since I am the Videographer for "Cocktails", I have a biased opinion.  However, because I have been there every Thursday night for more than a year and a half, I can tell you, that putting on a show like that every week is not as easy as it may appear.  "Cocktails" has survived the test of time because it's fans appreciate the opportunity to meet their favorite Porn Stars in person and ask them questions that don't get filtered through the sometimes biased eyes of a blogger.  

In reference to Porn Stars taking it off whenever and wherever upon request; Aren't we all glad that they do take it off and show us the goods at the show? (mmm Porn Star goods...) They come to the show to promote their "product", as did you Zach, as a guest of the show, whilst offering free memberships to The Sword that night (and bravo to you for bringing generous gifts for the fans, we all sincerely appreciated it).  I'm sure that it was rather easy for you to get Porn Stars to take it off...since we all know how they can benefit from being in your good graces .  I would like to point out, however that not all porn boys will just drop trou outside of promotional events, just ask.

I'm sorry that Zachary felt the need to tell Scotty in front of the audience how much he appreciated "Cocktails" and then turn around and ridicule it in his article.  Choosing to be negative about a fun night and a West Hollywood institution that does the same thing that he tries to do every day at the Sword; celebrate porn and the performers that we all love to watch.
