News Brief:  King Cobra Trailer Offers Glimpse of Gay Porn Tragedy

The official trailer for the mainstream movie King Cobra has been officially released.

King Cobra is the new indie thriller that documents the real-life murder of gay porn producer Bryan Kocis in 207.  The fact-pace trailer provides a look at Kocis, who broke into the gay porn scene in the mid-2000s and went on to achieve meteoric success after signing Brent Corrigan as talent.  Things quickly spiral out of control though as Brent’s fame attracts the attention of rival companies.

King Cobra, distributed by IFC Midnight, has been described as the Boogie Nights of gay porn.  Staring James Franco, Christian Slater, Alicia Silverstone, and Molly Ringwald, the film is set to premier on-demand and in theaters on October 21, 2016.
